Shows & Highlights

creation myth project

This past year has been full of excitement and activity for Mango Tribe. Besides successfully premiering two major productions of Sisters in the Smoke in Chicago and New York City, we have also been performing excerpts from the past shows, as well as launching new work across the country. Mango Tribe has been making quite a buzz in the Chicago and New York theater and arts scene, as well as the Asian American and activist communities. Already, we have found an enormous public interest in our organization and its mission of using the arts to promote social change.

Because we are part of a nonprofit organization, Asian American Artists Collective and based in four different cities, we are trying to gather as much support as possible for our endeavors. We are seeking extensive public advertising for our upcoming residency performance and future production around creation mythology. We are hoping to spread the word and reach out to as many communities and audiences as possible. We appreciate even a small mention or review, and we hope that you can help us out by being part of this movement to empower APIA women through theater and the arts.
